About Judith Rolfe

Judith Rolfe was born in Pasadena, CA., and has lived all over the country. Raised by academic parents, Judith earned a Masters in Social Work, a field that she enjoyed working in for many years. Upon relocating to Portland in 1990, she fell in love with the historic homes of Irvington, and architecture in general. Selling real estate was a natural transition, and Judith has now been selling homes in the Portland metro area for more than twenty years.

Her background in clinical social work is truly an advantage to Judith’s clients. Judith has the ability to really listen to and hear what her clients are communicating, as well as an astute ability to zero in on her clients’ needs and wants.

Integrity is key! Judith runs her business ethically and honestly. She treats each transaction as if she were personally buying or selling the home. Judith is both protective of her clients’ interests as well as analytical about the long-term implications of the purchase or sale.

Judith has excellent negotiation skills and fiercely advocates for her clients throughout the transaction. A broad network built over years of personal and professional real estate dealings serves as a valuable resource long after each transaction is over. Judith’s listings have a short market time relative to the rest of the market. This is accomplished by Judith’s involvement in helping her clients effectively prepare their homes for the market.

Judith’s business is based on referrals. Her success comes from repeat clients and referrals from family and friends who have appreciated the outstanding results Judith brings to a real estate transaction.
